Анотація

Сьогодні, за результатами епідеміологічних досліджень, від вираженого больового синдрому в післяопераційному періоді страждає від 30 до 75 % пацієнтів. Організація служби гострого болю підвищує ефективність і безпечність лікування болю та є стандартом медичної практики у багатьох розвинених країнах. Основними функціями СГБ є навчання персоналу та пацієнтів у питаннях лікування болю, регулярний моніторинг пацієнтів, стандартизація та покращення технік аналгезії, взаємодія з іншими клінічними підрозділами та участь в наукових дослідженнях. Впровадження СГБ у двох клініках України дозволило знизити кількість пацієнтів з інтенсивним післяопераційним болем та частоту ускладнень аналгезії, призвело до поширення регіональних технік аналгезії, підвищення інформованості пацієнтів та персоналу у питаннях лікування болю.
