Anesthesia for caesarean section in pregnant women with kyphoscoliosis: neuraxial or general?

Анотація

Питання анестезіологічного забезпечення акушерської операції "кесарів розтин" у вагітних з важким кіфосколіозом є досить дискутабельним. Вважається, що кіфосколіоз є протипоказанням до нейроаксіальних методів анестезії. У статті наведено успішний досвід спінальної анестезії у вагітних з важким кіфосколіозом. Автори вважають, що у вагітних з важкою формою кіфосколіозу при кесаревому розтині може бути успішно виконана спінальна анестезія парамедіанним доступом саме на рівні L5–S1, за рахунок анатомічних особливостей цих хребців.
