Анотація

Метою проведення даного дослідження було визначення ефективності проведення унілатеральної спінальної анестезії порівняно з тотальною, позитивні та негативні дії даних маніпуляцій. В українській медичній практиці досить давно запроваджено техніку спінальної анестезії для знеболення оперативних втручань на органах черевної порожнини та нижніх кінцівках, але побічні дії у вигляді пригнічення серцево-судинної системи потребують використання меншої дози анестетику та зниження ризику ускладнень для пацієнтів літнього віку з хронічними захворюваннями. Одним із таких методів є унілатеральна спінальна анестезія. У дослідженні порівнювались: ефективність знеболення, тривалість анестезії, об’єм інфузійної терапії під час операції та реакція серцево-судинної системи на проведені маніпуляції.
