Порівняння ефективності і безпеки ацетамінофену і метамізолу натрію для знеболення в післяопераційному періоді

Метамізол та ацетамінофен – найбільш уживані анальгетики для знеболення в післяопераційному періоді у дітей та дорослих не тільки в Україні, а й в усьому світі. У даній статті висвітлено досвід використання цих препаратів різними країнами світу залежно від терміну використання, дози, статі, а також механізми дії та можливі побічні ефекти. Також у цьому документі розглядаються аспекти безпеки метамізолу та ацетамінофену і порівняння їх між собою та з іншими сполуками, що використовуються для аналогічних показань. Ризик розвитку серйозних побічних ефектів парацетамолу дуже низький і є дозозалежним. На рахунок метамізолу, то найочікуванішою побічною дією є агранулоцитоз, а його виникнення залежить від тривалості застосування препарату.
