У даній статті розглянуто основні методи регіонарної аналгезії в практиці дитячого анестезіолога. Представлено опис даних методів, включаючи анатомію, соноанатомію і техніку виконання даних регіонарних блоків. Розглянуто основні показання до використання різних методів регіонарної анестезії в арсеналі дитячого анестезіолога. Представлено основні лікарські препарати локальних анестетиків і їх дозування залежно від методу регіонарного блоку.
