Запобігання післяпункційному головному болю

Анотація

Післяпункційний головний біль, ускладнення проколу твердої оболони спинного мозку, є нерідким побічним ефектом спінальної анестезії та поперекової пункції. Інцидентність можна знизити застосуванням якомога тонших голок, з олівцеподібними кінчиками замість кінчиків Квінке, бічною орієнтацією зрізу кінчика Квінке і повторним вставлянням мандрена після пункції. Ліки та гідратація менш ефективні. Ліжковий режим неефективний.
