Анотація

С точки зрения процессов осознания и обобщения различают комплексную, логическую и понятийную формы мышления. Понятийная форма является высшим результатом процесса взаимодействия мышления и речи. Осуществляя его, человек использует понятия – логически оформленные мысли, которые представляют собой средство отображения в мышлении единства существенных свойств, связей и отношений предметов или явлений объективной реальности.

Специальные понятия, которые употребляются в науке и технике, называются терминами. Они выполняют функцию соответствующего, специального, точного обозначения предметов и явлений, их свойств и взаимодействий. Таким образом, научное знание является объективным отражением материальной действительности в нашем сознании. Определённая совокупность терминов формирует терминологическую систему, которая лежит в основе соответствующей области научного знания и обусловливает соответствующие форму и способ мышления.

Клиническое мышление – это понятийная его форма, которая проявляется и выражается специализированной внутренней речью и в основе которой лежит познавательная мотивация. Его структурными элементами являются соответствующие дефиниции, термины и понятия. Одновременно с этим они являются и его средствами, и способами. Кардинальные свойства клинического мышления – системность, критичность, обоснованность и доказательность.

В статье изложены принципы познания и основные понятия, а также представлены краткие описания физико-химических явлений, имеющих концептуальное значение для формирования системного клинического мышления и формализации представления о системной структурно-функциональной организации организма человека.
